About Exercise Anytime Anywhere
Exercise Anytime Anywhere blogs are all about supporting mum’s to tune in to their body, through breathing and exercising with their babies, from pregnancy and beyond.
This blog is here to support you from pregnancy and postnatally, to find time to exercise anytime anywhere with your baby.
Why is exercise anytime anywhere here?
As mums we lack time huh?
After becoming a mum in 2015, life really changed dimensions. Activities I used to never think about, became a planned intended event.
It truly still amazes me how time can disappear, especially the first few years as we navigate motherhood and the endless new activities and demands mum life can bring.
So rather than running myself ragged as a new mum, and trying to do it all.
I started trying to exercise anytime anywhere at home when it fitted into our timetable and including Seb as an extra weight, in the exercises.
It was such a joyful time, connecting, being, exercising and actually seeing a massive difference in myself physically, emotionally, physiologically.
I wanted to share this pot of gold with other mums, to help them to find time to exercise anytime anywhere.
How will this blog support mum’s to exercise?
By exercising at home anytime anywhere, from pregnancy and postnatally, it can enable you to find time to exercise when it suits you.
This mindset can create more calm than a ‘got to get to class’ added pressure.
There’s enough pressures as mums.
Our lives are all different, our needs too. Being able to fit in exercises when it suits you as a mum, to do whenever and wherever you can and would like too, is key to supporting you get stronger physically, mentally, emotionally.
But first I needed to get properly qualified.
